The bees forage on white clover, horse chestnut, rosebay willowherb, and wild blackberries, producing a delicate, well-balanced honey with subtle floral, herbal, and fruity notes.
Its firm yet tender texture makes it ideal for pairing with cheese, charcuterie, or fresh fruit. It also adds depth to yoghurt, granola, pancakes, and desserts, or is simply divine on hot buttered toast.
