Hot Honey - our chilli infused honey which adds a subtle kick after the sweetness. A combination of three chillies makes this a delicious flavour profile that creates the perfect accompaniment with cheese, fish, meat or pizza!

HONEY STORAGE AND CARE TIPS

Pure honey will granulate or become solid in cool weather. This condition is in fact the best proof of its high quality. It can be restored to a clear liquid state by gently heating the jar in warm water. Do not exceed 40°C
