Our Heather Cut Comb is the finest of all British honeys.
We migrate our bees to the heather rich heathlands of the New Forest in Hampshire for the bees to forage on the delicate Ling flowers.
Aromatic, unique, with an abundance of Ling Heather floral notes, it is highly revered amongst honey lovers. It is cut straight from the comb, so it is the essence of natural honey.
Paired with blue or nutty cheeses such as Manchego or a beautiful Comte, it is a perfect accompaniment. Alternatively, it is also just as enjoyed with yoghurt and granola for a delicious breakfast treat.
We typically sell out of this honey every year due to the unpredictability of the Heather plant, so we advise you to purchase while stocks last!
