Soft set honey is a beautifully creamed like honey with a lovely soft and buttery texture. We are always asked how it is made and simply it is a stirred honey for a minimum of two days, whereby magic happens as honey crystals are broken down becoming velvety and buttery.
Paired with hot buttered toast or warm porridge is our favourite way of eating.
