Wildflower Honey - harvested during the peak of floral abundance this jar is a symphony of floral notes, silky and warming.

Foraging amongst the South Downs of Sussex our bees produce this award winning clear honey. Unpasteurised to retain its ‘raw’ benefits and minimally cold filtered to preserve all its goodness with a delicious floral flavour. 

It is the most versatile of honeys and can be used so many ways, on toast, cereals, in smoothies, cakes, dressings or just as a healthy alternative to sugar.

HONEY STORAGE AND CARE TIPS

Pure honey will granulate or become solid in cool weather. This condition is in fact the best proof of its high quality. It can be restored to a clear liquid state by gently heating the jar in warm water. Do not exceed 40°C
